Well, it's that time again - to reunite with old friends
and reminisce about old times and catching up on the
last 40, 50, 60 + years of our lives.
There is no sign-in sheet, so if you're planning on attending, please post your name on the "Message Board" with number attending or contact either Lily (Garcia) Redini: redini2@ameritech.net or Rudy Tudjen: rudygt@hotmail.com. We will make sure that Mary Beth gets your info.
Those who arrive on Friday (July 19), the Hospitality Room will open @ 5:00 pm, where you can sign in. Once we check off your name that you have paid, you will be given a name tag.
Those arriving on Saturday (July 20) the Hospitality Room will open at 10:00 am. Please wear your tags both days (Friday & Saturday) "NO ONE will be admitted without a name tag." For those who are bringing displays and/or memorbilia, you can bring them around towards the back of the hotel - Entrance 5.
The Theme this year is "Oldies but Goodies", so be ready to party!!!
Dinner will be served in the Banquet Room (Buffet-Style) at 4:00 pm on Saturday (July 20). The "Total Fee" is due whether you choose to dine with us or not, "NO EXCEPTIONS!!! There will be a DJ available after dinner in the Banquet Room,
from 6:00 to 10.00. He has music from all era's, just name it and
he'll play it. We will have a lap top available in the hospitality room,
for those who wish to bring their own music.
