I left AGO in 1958 for the Society of the Divine Word, Techny, Il
(I would have been in the Class 1963).
Four years later (1962) I joined the U.S. Army serving in Germany
(2nd Infantry Div) and finally in Vietnam after Tonkin in June of 1964 thru May of 1965.
I was stationed in Vung Tau and flew almost daily through out Vietnam.
I will be returning this Summer with a French family I met there 44 years ago and then go on to China the home of my wife..
